7/1/2023 0 Comments Zoom video communication incDistrict Court Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler is overseeing this class action. 3:20-cv-02155-LB and has been approved by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. This class action is called In re: Zoom Video Communications, Inc. One court resolves the issues for everyone in the class, except for those who exclude themselves from the class, as explained in FAQ 23. Individual class members do not have to file a lawsuit to participate in the class action settlement or be bound by the judgment in the class action. All of the people or businesses who have similar claims are a “class” or “class members” if the class is certified by the Court. In a class action lawsuit, one or more people or businesses called “Class Representatives” sue on behalf of others who have similar claims.
